Meet Ami
With over 15 years of experience in functional training, Pilates, Yin Yoga, Meridian release massage and breathwork I founded Respira Life as a platform to fuse together these disciplines and bring the perfect package to each individual I work with.
Having taught all over the world and creating and selling an award winning fitness studio in the UK I have spent much time honing my craft with ongoing professional development so that I can design and create bespoke wellness sessions.
Everything we do in life starts with the breath. There’s not a session goes by where we don’t spend time focusing on breathing, the most important and effective foundation of both mental and physical health.
My greatest joy is helping people reach their health goals and witnessing them become happier and stronger in both body and spirit.
Work With Me 1-1
For a first rate training experience and my undivided attention, working with me one to one is your best option. Respira Life sessions are all created with breath and body awareness in mind. Before embarking on your one to one journey, we will have a detailed discussion about your body, your needs and your goals. I will then assess your posture to ensure we are working in harmony with your body and mind to achieve the best possible results. Depending on your needs, we will use Pilates, functional training, meridian energy release massage, Yin Yoga, breathwork or a hybrid.
I will share my wealth of experience so you can learn the secrets of having a happy, healthy body and mind – no running involved (unless that’s your bag).

My Methods
Functional Personal Training
A variety of training techniques and equipment are selected for sessions designed to focus on your specific needs. Whether looking to gain strength, flexibility & mobility, relieve stress or sharpen focus, lose weight or rehabilitate, you’ll be given the tools and guidance to meet your body goals. I want the people I work with to gain a better understanding of what their body needs and know how to implement that through intentional, functional exercises and connection to the breath. My sessions are challenging & educational and created for your enjoyment, empowerment and success.
Yin Yoga
“Between the stimulus and the response there is a space and in that space lies our freedom”. So much of our lives are caught up in our daily struggles. Endless responsibilities and commitments can leave us overwhelmed and tense causing anxiety, stress and strain on our bodies and mental health. Yin Yoga gives you the time and space to calm your mind, connect with your breath and drop into the deep intelligence and wisdom of your body. Allowing gravity to do the work, you will remain in relaxed postures for extended periods of time that are designed to deeply stretch the muscles and connective tissues. Using a selection of props and acupressure techniques to suit your needs this practice will help unblock and stimulate the flow of energy through the body’s meridian pathways. You will emerge from the session feeling lighter, looser, relaxed and connected to your body.
Pilates
Level up your life with Pilates. An incredible training modality that will improve just about everything you do. Pilates helps correct posture & alignment, improves balance & concentration, creates strength, stability & flexibility in the body and can eliminate & prevent back pain. Literally every activity or exercise you do will be enhanced through Pilates. Each time you practice you’ll connect with your breath, your body & your mind and gain the tools to apply what you’ve learned to your everyday so you can navigate life with ease of movement and peace of mind.
Meridian Energy Flow Massage
Based on Shiatsu and concepts of traditional Chinese medicine, this energy treatment works by massaging the body’s meridians and acupressure points using palms, elbows, thumbs and knees. Working with the body’s energy flow known as Qi, these techniques are combined with gentle assisted stretches to reduce tension and re energise. This treatment can help lower levels of anxiety, decrease pain, improve sleep and reduce chronic pain. Gift yourself the “me time” to breathe, relax and rejuvitate.

Where You Will Stay
Our villa with amazing ocean and spectacular sunset views of Ibiza. Located in the hills of the quiet area of Cala Gracio you will have plenty of space to enjoy the tranquility of the island.
Four of the bedrooms are twin so can be shared and one bedroom is a double with open plan bathroom suitable for one person or a couple.
