1. Are flights included in the price? 

No - you are responsible for booking your own flights and travel.

2. How far is the villa from the airport? 

Approx 15-20 minutes by car

3. What kind of food will be included? 

There will be chicken and fish on the menu daily however vegetarians just need to let us know in advance and our amazing chef will cater for them.

4. What will the weather be like in October on Ibiza?

Usually it's still lovely and sunny and t-shirt weather in the day times, bring a jumper for early mornings and evenings and potentially a light jacket.

5. Is the retreat suitable for beginners?

This Respira Life is suitable for all levels as progressions and modifications are always offered.  Everyone can work together at their own level and if there’s anything in particular you would like to give more focus to you will have the opportunity to book additional one to one sessions.  These would be bespoke for your needs (they are an additional service at and extra cost).​

6. Do I have to join every class/activity?

The Respira Life Retreat is designed for your enjoyment therefore you are welcome to join as many or as few classes/activities as you would like.  You can just decide on the day.
